Items are shipped first class via the us postal service from New York CIty within 2 weeks of the order (depending if the item is in stock or needs to be ordered). We will use the shipping address filled out at checkout.
*please note* if you are in New York state you will be charged the standard statewide 8.875% sales tax rate when you check out with Paypal.
You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and have NO tracking number. If you would like a tracking method, the item will have to be shipped Express mail, which costs around $30 USD. Please message us after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and we will invoice you for the extra shipping cost. If you need something to be rush shipped in the US, contact us and we can arrange an extra fee for that to happen. It’s not much more expensive in the US to send things quicker, but first class mail usually doesn’t take much longer than a week outside of the holiday season.
We package and send my art with the utmost care, but there is always a chance that the artwork could arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us right away and we will work out a suitable agreement. Contact Lisa: firstname.lastname@example.org
